Get to know us
We started Mon Malaysia in 2013 by combining Mon communities into one. On 28 July 2013, the Mon Refugee Organization, Mon Women Organization, supporters of around 90 people and Mon village communities of 33 groups decided to establish the Mon Malaysia Association at the Chinese Assembly Hall, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Our mission
To unite and empower the Mon community in Malaysia by fostering cultural preservation, social development, and mutual support. We aim to provide a platform for collaboration, advocacy, and the promotion of Mon heritage, ensuring the well-being and integration of Mon refugees and communities in Malaysia.

To be a unified and resilient Mon community in Malaysia, recognized for its contributions to cultural diversity and societal harmony, while preserving the Mon identity and heritage for future generations.
